Junk Email National Initiatives

The problem has caused widespread concern and has been raised through UKERNA and the JANET user group structure by us and other sites. It is now generally accepted within the JANET community that greater co-ordination of effort is needed and the possibility of JANET wide blocking of traffic from certain networks should be considered.
